Terms of Use

Effective date: 18 June 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to aistocklearn.pro and the educational products and services offered by AIStockLearn Education Inc. (“AIStockLearn,” “we,” “us”), a federal corporation headquartered in Kanata, Ontario. By using this website or enrolling in a module, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase materials.

1. Educational Purpose Only

AIStockLearn is an independent public-interest educational programme. We are not registered with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), or any provincial securities regulator as a dealer, adviser, or investment fund manager. The reading lists, study guides and seminar packs distributed through this curriculum are intended for adult financial-literacy and general education only; they do not constitute investment advice, securities recommendations, or trading signals. Investing in securities involves the risk of loss, including loss of the entire amount invested. Past performance of any company, fund or strategy referenced for didactic purposes is no guarantee of future results.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make regarding your finances. Nothing on this site creates a client, advisory or fiduciary relationship. For personalised guidance, consult a registrant authorised in your province.

2. Eligibility

Services are intended for adults. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least eighteen years of age or have parental consent where required. You agree to provide accurate enrolment information and to notify us of material changes to your contact details.

3. Website Use

You may browse public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, scrape or redistribute substantial portions of the site or syllabi except as permitted for enrolled personal study;
  • Attempt to bypass security, probe systems or interfere with availability;
  • Submit unlawful, harassing or misleading content through forms;
  • Imply affiliation with AIStockLearn or registrant status you do not hold;
  • Use the site to solicit trades, promote securities or harvest personal data from other users.

We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Enrolment, Fees & Payment

Module fees are quoted in Canadian dollars on the Programs page or in a written quote. Payment instructions accompany your enrolment letter. GST/HST is charged where applicable. Enrolment is confirmed when payment clears and we issue a welcome packet. Prices may change for future cohorts; confirmed enrolments honour the price stated in your letter.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Self-paced packets: Full refund within fourteen days of delivery if materials are unused (digital packets not downloaded; physical binders unopened). Partial refunds are not available after download or use.

Cohort seminars: Full refund if you cancel at least fourteen days before the first seminar date. Cancellations within fourteen days receive a credit toward a future cohort minus a $35 administrative fee. No-shows are not refundable.

Workshops for organisations: Refund terms appear in the signed scope letter. We may reschedule for weather or facilitator illness at no penalty to registrants.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable provincial law.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, syllabi, worksheets, slides and branding are owned by AIStockLearn Education Inc. or licensed to us. Enrolled participants receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal study. Institutional licences require a separate agreement. You may not resell, publicly post or commercially exploit our materials without written permission. Third-party readings remain subject to their publishers’ terms.

7. Seminar Conduct

Participants agree to seminar ground rules: cite assigned texts, refrain from stock pitches, and respect confidentiality of peer comments. Facilitators may remove participants who repeatedly violate rules without refund if removal is for cause after a warning.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and materials are provided “as is” for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content or that study will produce any financial outcome.

AIStockLearn Education Inc., its directors, employees and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site or materials, including loss of profits or investment losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid enrolment shall not exceed the fees you paid for that enrolment in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIStockLearn from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit.

10. Privacy & Electronic Communications

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting the contact form, you consent to processing as stated there. Service emails related to active enrolments are not marketing messages under CASL. Optional newsletters require separate consent with unsubscribe options.

11. Third-Party Links

Links to regulators, libraries and document repositories are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties attorn to the courts of Ontario. Before commencing litigation, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt good-faith resolution within thirty days.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes affecting active enrolments will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance for website use; enrolment contracts are governed by the Terms in effect at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
